Week 2: EOC: Boston Consulting Group - Video Games

to be continued....
Prepare about 300 words with three quotes from three different internet sources. Do a BCG analysis of the video game market. A quote is about 25 words that is an exact quote from a website. It is followed by the source. For the web, it is the address. For a book, it is the name of the book with the page number. IT must be an academic source to provide “authority”.

Week 1: EOC: Great Customer Service

blueberry Hill Family Restaurant was the place where my boyfriend and I have chosen to go for dinner. Yes! Breakfast for dinner! We were seated right away and the hostess was bright and bubbly. Our waiters name was Gabriel .We have a seat and we were immediately asked what we wanted to drink. He gave us just enough time to figure out what we wanted to eat, even though we were having a hard time picking what we wanted.THERE WAS SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM! Gabriel had that personality people love talking too. He engaged in conversation with us like he was just a friendly face walking around. Yet, he remained professional! He took on a special request from my amazing boyfriend to play our song over the speakers. My boyfriend offered to pay him for it and Gabriel respectively declined. He told my boyfriend that he is lucky to have a girlfriend that is happy with the littlest things. so we just left him a big tip.
Moral of the story, whether you have a special request or not, the way you treat a customer can make or break a persons experience. I want to return because of the experience and the customer service. Professionalism, friendliness and also the way he carried himself made me very pleased with Blueberry Hill.

Week 1: EOC: My Voice

Pictures are worth a thousand words. It captures a single moment in someones life that can be relived just by a glimpse back at the photo. Every time I look through that lens, I see more then just a photo. I can see the physical work that the iris holds. I can feel the heat the flash holds.
Being a photographer, you should have the basics down before you get into the real world. I am just starting off! The life of a full time student in a creative school isn't easy. Its the little things in a photo that can set them apart. Like I said I'm just starting off. I'm excited to get into the industry. You can never know to much about something. soooo, I have a lot to learn!
